Return and Shipping Policy
BistroMD delivers orders to the continental US as well as Alaska and Hawaii. The orders are shipped via FedEx ground and it may take 6 business days for your order to arrive. For Alaska and Hawaii, additional shipping charges are applied. And shipping to Alaska is only available to Fairbanks, Anchorage, and Eagle River. BistroMD program offers weekly delivery of food and if you want to cancel or place a hold on your second week’s order, you must contact them after you receive your first week’s delivery until Sunday at midnight (ET). If you don’t cancel or place a hold on your second order, the deadlines for all future weeks is Wednesday at 5pm (ET). If you decide not to remain on their program, you can contact their customer service under these deadlines to cancel your order and get a refund of your second week.
