Return and Shipping Policy
Perfume Emporium delivers order with standard shipping (4-10 business days) and priority shipping (3-5 business days). Shipping charges are based on the number of items included in your order, with standard shipping cost starting at $5.90 for 1 item to $12.00 for 6 or more items. In order to priority ship your order, you will pay a little extra charge to that of the standard option. Orders received between Mon-Fri are processed within 1-3 working days. International shipping is also available with an estimated delivery time of 7-20 business days. If you don’t want any delivered product, it can be returned to Perfume Emporium within 365 days of the receipt, however, those returns made after two months (60 days) will only qualify for store credit. All used or opened fragrance merchandise may also incur a 15% restocking fee. Used or opened skincare, haircare, or makeup products, however, will not be eligible for returns or exchanges due to health and safety reasons.
